People Partner

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 annualized, plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with Technology leaders on organization design, team structure, capacity, headcount, and talent decisions.
• Support decisions on roles, levels, compensation, succession, internal mobility, and retention.
• Coach managers on expectations, feedback, performance, conflict, and leadership growth.
• Own employee relations cases from initial signal through resolution.
• Lead talent and performance cycles that produce clear decisions and follow-through.
• Improve technical role design, leveling, candidate evaluation, and People systems with Talent, People Operations, Legal, and Finance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a People Partner supporting technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with employee relations, performance, compensation, leveling, succession, retention, and organizational change.
• 2+ years supporting distributed, multi-country teams.
• Strong judgment in complex and ambiguous situations, including when to involve Legal or specialized expertise.
• Experience with technical career paths, levels, compensation models, and People systems in a scaling company.
• Builder’s mindset with clear communication and interest in AI, data, and practical automation.
