Senior Product Manager, Gen AI

Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, Massachusetts; office attendance is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Annual base salary: $170,013–$194,663, with potential equity, bonuses, commissions, and additional compensation.

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for agentic AI solutions across Merchandising and Supplier Technology.
• Define and deliver 0-to-1 AI products that improve supplier relationships, merchandising operations, and e-commerce performance.
• Sequence near-term initiatives while building toward a long-term product vision and multi-cycle roadmap.
• Lead execution with engineering, machine learning science, experience design, and data science teams.
• Drive build-versus-buy decisions, product requirements, experimentation, and leadership alignment.
• Influence strategy for agentic workflows and multi-agent architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a strong academic record; a technical or engineering background is preferred.
• 7+ years of product management experience with recently demonstrated AI-enabled impact.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini, as well as prompt engineering, embeddings, and GenAI workflows.
• Experience with AI evaluation, hallucination mitigation, or RAG pipelines.
• Ability to translate embeddings, prompting strategies, vector search, and evaluation frameworks into usable, testable product features.
• Strong technical, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and business strategy skills.
