Associate Project Management Analyst

Location: Onsite in St. Inigoes, Maryland; candidates must live within a commutable 50-mile distance.

Salary: $89,000–$129,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Perform full life cycle project management from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and delivery.
• Coordinate project processes and requirements with Government Project Leads, Government clients, and project team members.
• Support traditional and agile Integrated Project Team activities across diverse projects.
• Develop detailed project reports and tailor project management tools to project needs.
• Continuously analyze project activities, solve complex problems, and rebalance requirements throughout the project life cycle.
• Support technical project management for C5ISR systems engineering and operational programs.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with typically less than three years of experience, or an Associate’s degree plus four additional years of related experience; six additional years of related experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects.
• Ability to interface effectively with Government Project Leads, Government clients, and project teams.
• Ability to support requirements management, project reporting, and traditional and agile Integrated Project Team activities.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
