Project Manager IV (Infrastructure)

Salary: $92,880–$154,800 USD gross annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects within data center and edge network services.
• Assess emerging priorities and establish project structures, plans, processes, schedules, and execution mechanisms.
• Coordinate technical, engineering, operations, supply chain, and business stakeholders.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, deliverables, and escalations to keep initiatives on course.
• Provide interim project management coverage for existing programs and quickly establish continuity.
• Improve project and program management practices, tools, and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, engineering, operations, or a related field.
• Significant experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in technology, infrastructure, data center, networking, or similarly complex operational environments.
• Ability to independently lead projects in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities and driving execution across multiple teams and functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale infrastructure, data center, network, cloud, or edge environments.
• Experience working across technical engineering and operational organizations.
• Experience taking ownership of existing programs with limited processes or documentation.
• Experience managing high-visibility or business-critical initiatives with multiple dependencies.
