IT Business Analyst (Power Platform)

Salary: $90,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business functions to understand operational challenges, data relationships, system requirements, and reporting needs.
• Analyze business data, document requirements, support data governance, and maintain data quality and integrity.
• Develop and support reports, dashboards, workflow solutions, and business tools using available platforms.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot applications and reporting systems, coordinate enhancements, and support testing, deployment, training, and end-user support.
• Identify improvements in automation, standardization, system performance, and the end-to-end commercial process from opportunity to quote to cash.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience or strong aptitude in business analysis, data analysis, business systems, and cross-functional solution delivery.
• Knowledge of automation, analytics, reporting, data governance, and process improvement.
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, ERP, or similar enterprise tools, including production application support, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.

Nice to have

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, data analytics, business analysis, or related technologies.
