Customer Solution Architect (AI/Data)

Location: Remote in the United States; Washington, DC, USA

Salary: $195,500–$293,200 annual on-target earnings, depending on location, experience, and other factors.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with technical leads, executive sponsors, and stakeholders across customer organizations.
• Advise customers on hirify.global capabilities, adoption opportunities, emerging analytics and AI trends, and long-term platform strategies.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, scoping, demos, benchmarks, proofs of concept, and technical briefings.
• Create technical visions for success that map current-state and future-state architectures for each account.
• Validate platform readiness, cloud provisioning, network requirements, and entitlements.
• Collaborate on quoting, ordering, proposals, stakeholder communication, and technical opportunity progression.

Requirements

• Experience promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises in a pre-sales or delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, agentic AI, MLOps, responsible AI, retrieval-augmented generation, and vector search.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of competitive positioning, federal and state government procurement, contracting processes, NASA SEWP, GSA Schedules, and related acquisition channels.
• Active TS/SCI, military clearance, or active Top Secret clearance with recent SCI eligibility, or the demonstrated ability to obtain SCI access.
• Degree-level qualification or relevant experience in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, management information systems, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal or state government customers.
• Domain expertise in Medicare/Medicaid claims, DoD logistics, predictive maintenance, or other mission-critical environments.
