Senior Data & AI Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, based on the Newark, New Jersey position location; travel of up to 50% may be required to interact with client leaders.

Salary: $158,300–$293,900 per year.

What you will do

• Design and drive complex Data & AI solutions aligned with customer needs and business strategy.
• Assess client technology stacks across data ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, security, governance, access, and visualization.
• Create architectures for data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, reporting, dashboards, data governance, and cloud-native platforms.
• Present technical strategies and demonstrations to senior client executives and support RFIs and RFPs with technical solutions and pricing.
• Build proof-of-concept prototypes for business intelligence, data engineering, AI, and generative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and global teams, develop Data & AI offerings, and mentor less experienced sales solutions personnel.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• More than 12 years of experience in data and analytics.
• More than 5 years of experience as a presales solutions architect involving client interaction.
• Experience with data engineering, cloud architecture, data security, governance, warehousing, modeling, DevOps, and programming with SQL, Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, listening, networking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDM, data governance, BI platforms, and tools such as Collibra, Purview, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Experience designing AI/ML, MLOps, AIOps, and generative AI architectures using tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Kubernetes, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker, or Azure ML.
• Experience integrating LLMs, selecting and fine-tuning models, and monitoring generative AI systems.
