Project Executive (Rail and Transit)

Location: New York, NY, United States — 32 Old Slip; NY office

Salary: $197,600–$296,400 annually

What you will do

• Manage staff and oversee successful delivery of rail and transit construction management projects.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, safety, and quality initiatives.
• Identify project prospects and lead technical and cost proposal development and presentations.
• Partner with Talent Attraction to identify, interview, and recommend candidates.
• Develop and mentor PMCM staff across the practice area.
• Maintain professional society memberships and support additional practice responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field.
• 15 years of experience and a P.E. license, CCM, or AIA credential.
• Experience working with local, state, and federal transportation agencies.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams of field-based staff across multiple deployed teams.
• Client-focused approach with strong collaboration, integrity, innovation, and commitment to technical excellence.
