Project Manager - SC Execution

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Salary: $94,400–$155,800 annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Plan and execute small to medium-sized projects and small programs, managing activities and resources to meet cost, time, and quality goals.
• Serve as the primary accountability point for business partners and other stakeholders.
• Drive business readiness, stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and adoption of project outcomes.
• Shape initiatives and develop roadmaps, sequencing work and clarifying timing, sizing, relationships, and dependencies.
• Work with Strategy, Planning, and Execution and Small Commercial teams on strategic opportunities and project plans.
• Develop and mentor project teams and members of the project management community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of project management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Approximately 5 years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience managing people and/or project teams.
• This is a business-side project management role, not a technology or IT delivery role.
