Senior Project Manager, Design

Salary: USD 180,000–240,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex design projects exceeding $100 million in total cost.
• Maintain accountability for project performance across multiple subcontracts and phased packaging strategies.
• Lead large project teams and build senior-level client relationships.
• Improve project delivery policies and operations.
• Mentor project managers and assistant project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least seven years of successful project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of project management fundamentals and core design disciplines.
• Experience with several aspects of integrated project delivery.
• Demonstrated success managing complex design and construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, business, and judgment skills.
