Senior Project Manager-Municipal/Infrastructure

Location: Hybrid role based in Kirkland, Washington, or Lake Oswego, Oregon, United States

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead the design and project management of municipal water and sewer system improvements.
• Serve as the primary contact and advisor for cities, districts, and public agencies.
• Oversee project teams, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Manage design and construction phases for public works projects, including water systems, stormwater infrastructure, parks, sidewalks, and stream restoration.
• Prepare technical reports and coordinate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor team members and help shape community infrastructure across Washington and Oregon.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 15+ years of relevant utility or public infrastructure experience.
• Proven project management and client relationship skills.
• Strong experience with stormwater, transportation, utility design, TESC, grading, water and sewer systems, and site improvements.
• Ability to work in the hybrid role locations in Washington or Oregon.
