Sr. Program Manager (L) (Core Diagnostics)

Location: Remote within the United States; the role is associated with Deer Park, USA, and requires up to 40% travel.

Annual salary: $180,000–$200,000, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead program development and lifecycle management for Performance Partnership initiatives supporting Beckman Coulter, Leica Biosystems, and other hirify.global Diagnostics operating companies.
• Identify strategies involving outcome-based contracting and Performance Partnerships to improve deal velocity and measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
• Build minimally viable products, gather voice-of-customer feedback, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct system diagnostic assessments focused on near-patient diagnostics and provide actionable insights.
• Report on program lifecycle, funnel health, revenue achievement, customer qualification, and geographical opportunities.
• Develop customer-ready playbooks, educate commercial teams, monitor industry trends, and evaluate global deployment of proven strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical consulting experience in health systems, diagnostics, professional services, or related industries.
• Bachelor of Science in medical technology, health science, or a related field, with 8+ years of related work experience.
• Experience taking programs from concept through launch across complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, accreditation, and enterprise decision-making.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States, travel up to 40%, and hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in clinical laboratory science or a related biological science.
• Medical device commercialization, product management, or marketing experience.
• Leadership experience in health systems, clinical laboratories, pathology, diagnostics, ancillary services, or hospital operations.
• Experience with system quality, payment models, ACOs, Lean, operational excellence, or performance improvement.
