Principal Product Manager, AI Products

Location: United States; hybrid work model with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago. Some roles may be performed from anywhere in the country, while others are hub- or region-based.

Annual base pay: $213,000–$250,000 for other US locations or $245,000–$288,000 for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City.

What you will do

• Define the thesis for the next generation of hirify.global’s AI-powered product suite.
• Build first versions of at least two new products using AI tools and shared platform primitives.
• Work with small engineering pods from prototype through general availability and measurable customer impact.
• Study customer workflows, work in customer environments, and incorporate deployment into the product.
• Shape the product portfolio, including retiring or folding legacy solutions into successors without customer churn.
• Partner with sales and marketing to package, position, enable, and sell new products.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and shipping a first product version, including presenting something personally built during the interview process.
• Deep product-level understanding of AI context and grounding, evaluation and quality gates, agent behavior, and cost.
• Experience working in customer environments and through contracting cycles with sound real-time judgment.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including conceiving and shipping a product that generates real revenue.
• Principal-level zero-to-one product experience and excellent written communication.
• Must be able to work within the United States; work arrangements vary between country-wide remote, regional, and hub-based hybrid setups.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or regulated data experience, including claims, EHR, patient journeys, or provider analytics.
• Experience with complex data domains such as supply chain, energy, or financial data.
• Experience navigating a platform transition or retiring products without losing customers.
• Experience interacting with, managing, or building AI agentic workflows.
