FP&A Analyst (Aerospace)

Location: Mojave, California, United States; remote work may be considered for well-qualified candidates.

Base salary: $82,000–$158,000 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze business results, KPIs, and trends and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop, manage, and automate operational reports and performance dashboards.
• Support annual strategic and financial planning, forecasting, and executive presentations.
• Partner with accounting on the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate entries.
• Develop price-volume analyses for government proposals and ensure compliance with government pricing requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain pricing in the required government templates.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of FP&A experience in a corporate environment or relevant consulting or investment banking experience.
• Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with EVMS application and maintenance; previous Deltek Costpoint experience is preferred for the role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to present complex analysis to executives and the Board.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; assigned duties may involve operating company vehicles.
