Intermediate Business Application Support Analyst

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week in office at a U.S. hub in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; or Denver, Colorado. Occasional travel of less than 10% may be required. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Salary: $59,000–$75,000 annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Define and document business, functional, performance, security, control, and operational requirements.
• Map current and future-state processes, identify improvement and automation opportunities, and support business intake and prioritization.
• Prepare and execute functional, regression, and user acceptance testing; track defects and remediation through resolution.
• Support business-critical Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Governance, Risk, and Corporate Systems applications.
• Coordinate incident, problem, change, release, upgrade, patching, monitoring, access management, and operational readiness activities.
• Work with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, technology teams, and support organizations on implementations and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge, plus 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with business requirements gathering, process analysis, quality assurance, testing, application documentation, and root cause analysis.
• Understanding of application security, compliance processes, SDLC methodologies, ITIL, and project management practices.
• Ability to estimate and budget for IT services, manage work across strategic, tactical, and operational levels, and work effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Financial services or insurance industry experience and production support for enterprise business applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Agile or Scrum, third-party vendors, managed service providers, or global teams.
• Experience with access management, Single Sign-On, Active Directory, application upgrades, migrations, or operational transitions.
• Experience with AI tools, automation, digital transformation, or relevant Microsoft, ServiceNow, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications.
