Business Systems Analyst (Oracle/OBIEE)

Location: Hybrid role requiring three days in the office in La Vergne, Tennessee; candidates must be in or willing to relocate to the Nashville, Tennessee region.

Salary: $65,224–$82,466 annually

What you will do

• Participate in the product development lifecycle for Oracle Financial and reporting applications, including OBIEE.
• Gather business requirements from internal and external customers and translate them into technical requirements, scopes, and process flows.
• Create reports, troubleshoot reporting issues, analyze report output, and maintain AutoReports and OBIEE reports.
• Document functional specifications for bug fixes, application enhancements, and new features.
• Support QA by preparing test plans and performing gap analysis for Oracle and LSI application functionality.
• Provide first-level support for financial system and reporting problem tickets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computing, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience.
• At least one year of experience working with applications.
• Knowledge of OBIEE reporting applications, Oracle Financial applications, SQL, and IT development processes.
• Ability to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and support application testing.
• Technical project management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work three days per week in the La Vergne office or relocate to the Nashville, Tennessee region.

• Knowledge of company operating procedures and policies.
• Experience with AutoReports, LSI applications, or financial reporting systems.
