Estimated starting salary: $64,853.15–$89,173.08 per year.

What you will do
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and site audits.
- Deliver HSE training and provide guidance to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and establish preventive measures through root cause analysis.
- Track and analyze HSE metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate emergency response and preparedness activities and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of related experience; six years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local HSE regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and NFPA requirements.
- Experience with safety inspections, job hazard analysis, site audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and independent prioritization skills.
- Fluency with data capture, analytics, spreadsheets, presentations, and HSE software applications.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. government authorizations.
Nice to have
- Certified Safety Professional, Associate Safety Professional, or Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician certification.
- Advanced knowledge of HSE management systems.
- Experience with DCMA INST 8210.
- Background in the aerospace and defense industry.
