Manager, Talent Acquisition

Location: New York, New York, USA (Corporate Headquarters)

Base pay range: $90,000–$110,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Lead searches across Human Resources, Legal, Supply Chain, IT & Digital, Strategy, Procurement, Finance, and other corporate functions.
• Source diverse talent through outreach, referrals, networking, internal mobility, and other channels.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and provide market insight on sourcing, compensation, candidate availability, and timelines.
• Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve processes and candidate experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience across corporate functions and multiple levels.
• Strong sourcing skills, including engagement of active and passive candidates.
• Ability to independently manage varied requisition portfolios and complex searches.
• Strong communication, partnership, influencing, judgment, and business acumen skills.
• Working knowledge of recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, structured assessments, and recruiting metrics.
• Strong organization, adaptability, ownership, urgency, and accountability.
