Talent Acquisition Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Perth Amboy, NJ; Middlesex, NJ; or Fontana, CA, USA

Annual salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD base salary plus annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, and pre-onboarding.
• Recruit for warehouse, logistics, transportation, operations, and corporate positions across U.S. operations.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, agencies, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, provide market insights, and improve selection strategies.
• Coordinate high-volume hiring, prioritize urgent requisitions, and identify time-to-fill bottlenecks.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate ATS records, prepare reports, and improve recruiting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, communication, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use recruiting data to support decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, transportation, operations, or other high-volume positions.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, technology, manufacturing, or another fast-paced industry.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese.
