Analyst- Talent Acquisition Coordinator (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States

Base salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout active searches and manage timely, thoughtful communications.
• Coordinate end-to-end interviews across recruiters, hiring managers, business partners, and senior executives.
• Use AI-assisted scheduling, communication, screening, and feedback tools to reduce manual work and improve hiring workflows.
• Track interview feedback, escalate gaps, and maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Workday.
• Contribute to prompt development, workflow documentation, quality assurance, and process automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similar function.
• Hands-on professional experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Strong written communication and exceptional organizational skills across multiple active searches.
• Curiosity about agentic systems, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to help build and improve new infrastructure.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable ATS is beneficial; the ability to learn quickly is required.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in financial services or professional services.
• Exposure to agentic tools, automation platforms, or AI workflow tooling.
• Familiarity with the Workday Recruiting module.
