Manager, Talent Acquisition (AI)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States

Salary: $92,500–$130,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across high-volume and corporate functions supporting the Mobility department.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring demand, set priorities, and develop workforce and staffing strategies.
• Manage, coach, and develop recruiters and recruiting support staff while monitoring workload, productivity, KPIs, and outcomes.
• Advise hiring leaders on sourcing, candidate selection, compensation considerations, and hiring approaches.
• Improve recruiting processes, workflows, technology adoption, candidate experience, hiring speed, and operational scalability.
• Oversee recruiting vendors, background screening, pre-employment requirements, and compliant use of AI and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six or more years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, including at least two years of leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, candidate assessment, selection, workforce planning, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and recruiting requirements.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technology, AI, and automation tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, consultation, negotiation, analytical, project management, and change management skills.
