Regional Solutions Consultant- Print Sales

Location: Remote work from home; applicants should reside in Metro Phoenix, with the preferred location in Phoenix, AZ, United States. The role requires reliable transportation and travel to customers, vendors, and local business sites.

Salary: $21.14–$29.59 per hour

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global Office as the sales and support expert for print and related customer needs.
• Build relationships with assigned customer accounts and grow revenue through consultative selling and product education.
• Present product and service capabilities to customer departments, leaders, vendors, and decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct sales calls, follow up on bids, and consult on complex orders.
• Manage customer retention and recovery activities while monitoring order quality and timeliness.
• Maintain CRM data, review performance with the supervisor, and collaborate across hirify.global operating companies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least 2 years of specialized sales or customer service experience.
• Organizational, planning, communication, and customer-focused problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Residence in Metro Phoenix and reliable transportation for the local market are required.
• Ability to travel, maintain established business hours, work independently, and perform effectively under pressure.
