hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Perform quality of earnings, financial due diligence, ad hoc financial analysis, and original financial statement modeling.
• Collect and analyze financial data to detect errors in financial reporting and identify accounting policies, transaction-value impacts, and client risks.
• Prepare reports and detailed analyses for clients and their advisors with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support multiple merger and acquisition engagements on time and within budget, communicating progress and results to supervisors.
• Complete assigned engagement work consistently and accurately under tight deadlines; at the two-year level, potentially direct small quality of earnings projects.
• Develop specialization in a service area and build knowledge of hirify.global’s broader service capabilities.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and regulations affecting engagements or projects, financial markets, and analysis and reporting of financial data.
• Understanding of Pfx Engagement, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office.

• Exposure to financial statement preparation, audits, and reviews.
• Progress toward the CFA, CPA, another postgraduate degree, or a relevant industry or service certification.
• One year of audit and/or quality of earnings experience.
