2027 Full-Time Analyst, Consumer M&A

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States. Hybrid structure: in-office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays.

Salary: $110,000 annually, plus eligibility for bonus pay.

What you will do

• Prepare, complete, and ensure the accuracy of financial models, analyses, and client presentation materials.
• Support sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory assignments and transactions from start to finish.
• Prepare marketing materials and identify potential acquirers.
• Conduct industry and company-specific research and interpret analytical results.
• Support due diligence and interact with clients, including attending client meetings.
• Support firm marketing activities related to an industry or engagement.

Requirements

• Assertive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting, or significant completed coursework in these areas.
• Minimum GPA of 3.7.
• Spring 2027 or Winter 2026 graduate with a prior 2026 M&A or Private Equity Summer Analyst internship or Spring 2025 or 2026 graduate with TAS, FDD, or financial services experience.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
