Salary: $45,600–$86,200 per year

What you will do

• Support monthly and quarterly financial cycles related to Net Investment Income.
• Prepare, verify, reconcile, and balance accounts while identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare complex financial analyses and routine management reports.
• Maintain accounting, planning, administrative systems, and related financial data assets.
• Partner with business areas to provide analysis, information, and data for decision-making.
• Recommend improvements to analytics processes, controls, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualifying experience; a bachelor’s degree is required for hires after September 2015.
• Zero to three years of comparable experience.
• Basic understanding of multiple financial statements and their interactions.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, teamwork, customer service, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt positively to change.

• Experience with general ledger systems and reporting tools.
