What you will do

• Compare limited partner capital account data from fund administrators and general partners with internal records.
• Support daily and monthly reconciliation of capital calls, distributions, and capital account balances.
• Investigate discrepancies in the reconciliation system and escalate complex questions to mentors and subject-matter experts.
• Validate LP data against third-party and fund administrator sources.
• Track reconciliation delivery timelines and report completion status.
• Build working relationships with data providers, fund administrators, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or expected graduation soon, in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Solid math and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel; lookups, pivot tables, and filters are beneficial.
• Basic accounting or finance coursework.
• Curiosity, resilience, willingness to ask for help, and ability to learn from feedback.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of capital calls, distributions, private equity, or limited partnership funds.
