FP&A Manager, Beauty

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, USA; hybrid work with 3 days onsite each week

Base pay: $95,843.29–$119,804.11 annually in Massachusetts, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Act as a commercial finance business partner for the Beauty Division and cross-functional teams.
• Support forecasts, annual plans, KPI reporting, variance analysis, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions across revenue, margins, expenses, inventory, working capital, trade spend, and marketing investment.
• Evaluate pricing, gross-to-net, promotional ROI, customer funding, portfolio choices, innovation, sourcing alternatives, and capital requests.
• Analyze point-of-sale data, market share, category trends, distribution, pricing, assortment, and competitive insights.
• Support margin, productivity, cost inflation, freight, inventory, service-level, S&OP, and forecast-accuracy initiatives.
• Communicate fact-based recommendations and contribute to cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including 1+ year as a Finance Manager or 3+ years as a Senior Financial Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience in FP&A, financial modeling, business-case development, scenario planning, communication, and business partnering.
• Strong analytical thinking, data storytelling, communication, collaboration, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for business reviews, customer meetings, manufacturing or supplier visits, and leadership meetings.

Nice to have

• CPA and/or MBA.
• Experience with customer, channel, or SKU profitability; pricing; revenue growth management; trade spending; POS analytics; demand planning; inventory; and working capital.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, OneStream, business intelligence and data visualization tools, Circana, Nielsen, or retailer portals.
