Senior Project Engineer (TrueCapture)

Location: Remote from Mexico; frequent travel is required for field commissioning activities across Latin America.

What you will do

• Manage the technical execution of TrueCapture implementation projects across multiple regions, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements are met.
• Coordinate and oversee field commissioning in energized environments, including installation, calibration, validation, safety, and engineering compliance.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, leading technical discussions, benefit evaluations, issue resolution, and performance reviews.
• Interpret complex technical data and variables to develop effective, sustainable solutions for multidisciplinary project challenges.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, commissioning reports, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and operations teams to improve commissioning processes, system performance, and global standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in commissioning, implementation, or maintenance of industrial systems, preferably in renewable energy.
• Experience leading technical coordination of field activities in energized environments and managing interfaces across multiple disciplines.
• Multidisciplinary knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and mechatronic engineering applied to solar tracking and intelligent control systems.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills; intermediate Excel and data analysis knowledge.

• Portuguese proficiency.
