Senior Product Manager - Cost and Coverage (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, value proposition, and business case for cost transparency and coverage experiences.
• Own the end-to-end member financial experience, from understanding care costs through upfront payment, financing options, and accurate post-encounter Explanation of Benefits.
• Develop and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and product decisions to product teams, partners, governance groups, and executives.
• Own the designated product portfolio, backlog, prioritization, and cross-product learning.
• Use metrics and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Coach and guide 1–3 product managers or analysts in a player-coach model.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• At least 5 years of software lifecycle experience.
• At least 3 years of advanced domain experience.
• Strong business acumen, including P&L understanding and the ability to independently develop business cases.
• Experience coaching and developing 1–3 product managers or analysts.
• Knowledge of health plan price transparency, including Machine Readable Files.
