Senior Technician EPS (Manufacturing)

Location: Clarksville, Tennessee, United States; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Train EPS operators on equipment and production processes.
• Assist operators with diagnosing mechanical problems and determining corrective actions.
• Inspect production visually for defects and monitor products for quality issues.
• Operate machinery, adjust settings to meet product specifications, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Complete routine maintenance on machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Support operator performance reviews, training manual updates, and safe material handling.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• More than five years of EPS operation experience is preferred.
• Experience mentoring or coaching press operators.
• Strong understanding of complex equipment, system integration, manufacturing methods, and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, evaluation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Occasional international travel is required.
