Land Development Project Manager-WA

Location: Onsite Monday through Friday in Spokane Valley, Washington, United States

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 annual salary, depending on experience, plus eligibility for quarterly bonuses

Publicly traded homebuilder focused on constructing and selling homes, with related mortgage financing and title services.

What you will do

• Manage vendors, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, utility companies, and jurisdictional officials throughout land development projects.
• Oversee infrastructure installation, finished home lots, model home landscaping, parks, amenities, irrigation, signage, hardscaping, and common areas.
• Maintain project schedules and critical-path sequencing, identify delays, and communicate milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
• Review civil improvement plans, geotechnical evaluations, landscape plans, specifications, contracts, as-built plans, and drainage plans.
• Support bidding, contractor selection, scope-of-work development, pay-scale preparation, quantity calculations, budgeting, and field purchase orders.
• Monitor SWPPP and dust-control best management practices and ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Experience managing land development, civil construction, infrastructure, or residential community construction projects.
• Ability to interpret civil, geotechnical, landscape, drainage, and construction plans and specifications.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, consultants, utility companies, city officials, and internal departments.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, critical-path tracking, bidding, contracts, budgeting, and project cost control.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Spokane Valley, Washington.
• Ability to ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes, ordinances, regulations, and company policies.
