What you will do

• Direct and deliver consulting studies and design projects within defined objectives, performance metrics, and quality requirements.
• Lead consulting studies and capital project designs with total costs of up to $75 million.
• Manage project performance, staffing, project controls, reporting, subcontractors, changes, and quality.
• Build strong client relationships and support future project opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least seven years of successful project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading and managing others and working across multiple disciplines.
• Understanding of core design disciplines, project management fundamentals, and project execution and delivery.
• Ability to make independent decisions requiring judgment and discretion.
