Account Manager – Marketing

Location: Remote, Canton, Ohio / United States

Salary: $50–$56 per hour on W-2

What you will do

• Manage and cultivate strategic client relationships while serving as a trusted marketing advisor.
• Coordinate complex campaigns across direct mail, email, paid media, earned media, and Marketplace channels.
• Lead cross-functional marketing meetings, campaign portfolio reviews, milestone tracking, and change control.
• Plan channel capacity, prioritize campaigns, balance workloads, and support governance requirements.
• Drive process improvements and, when needed, act as an Agile team Scrum Master.
• Coordinate campaign incident management, corrective actions, and collaboration with compliance and remediation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or corporate operations.
• At least 4 years of marketing experience, including project management and client relationship management.
• Hands-on project management experience using the Workfront platform for campaign execution.
• Experience with tactical omnichannel execution and paid media components such as tagging, trafficking, and digital audiences.
• Strong organization, communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and deadline-management skills.
• Remote role associated with Canton, Ohio and US W-2 employment.

Nice to have

• Agile team, process, tools, or methodology experience.
• Experience with Search, Social, Display/Programmatic, Affiliate, or LiveRamp audiences.
• Ability to adapt to regulatory and market changes and introduce new ways of working.
