Capital Markets Intern (ETF Trading)

Location: Hybrid role requiring in-person work at the hirify.global office in Chicago, Illinois, on a weekly basis; flexible work arrangements will be considered.

Salary: $21.00–$43.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support intra-day and end-of-day processes for the ETF Trading team.
• Book transactions into trading systems and models.
• Coordinate with Operations on position matching, trade allocations, and other post-trade activities.
• Help verify NAV calculations and position tables.
• Disseminate creation and redemption baskets.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Operations, Trading Technology, and traders covering securities and derivatives.

Requirements

• Working toward a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a similar field.
• Experience or strong interest in trade support for ETFs, securities, or derivatives.
• Interest in equity, fixed-income, or foreign-exchange markets.
• Ability to understand the broader investment objectives behind trades.
• Strong communication, multitasking, analytical, and information technology skills.
• Maturity, good judgment, and a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
