Risk Intern (Reinsurance)

Location: Hybrid, based in Atlanta, Boston, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa, Dallas, Minneapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia, Morristown, or New York; at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients. Applicants must have permanent, ongoing legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $27.00–$29.00 per hour, depending on location.

What you will do

• Support account team members and contribute to strategic recommendations and client problem solving.
• Build an understanding of insureds' operating environments and the reinsurance marketplace.
• Assist with client and market research for current and prospective clients.
• Support financial analysis for reinsurance broking engagements.
• Develop professional competencies through networking, collaboration, and a structured curriculum.

Requirements

• Be a fully matriculated Bachelor's degree student graduating in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Permanent and ongoing U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship requirements.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, manage changing priorities, and work both independently and across multiple teams.
