Commercial Banking Intern (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support onboarding for new commercial banking client accounts and manage signer changes.
• Respond to internal and external service requests within established service-level agreements.
• Develop process maps, procedures, and rules of engagement for sales teams.
• Record and track sales activities in Salesforce and provide operational feedback.
• Contribute to strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
• Handle account maintenance, user support, and general client service requests while learning client service models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Some experience in a financial institution is beneficial.
• Ability to work in an office environment in San Francisco.
