Director, Strategic Finance (AI)

Location: Fully remote; candidates must be located anywhere in the continental United States

Base salary: $200,000–$225,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage and coach the Strategic Finance team.
• Own and evolve FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain the financial operating model and scenario plans.
• Partner with GTM, EPD, People, and Talent Acquisition leaders on financial plans, forecasts, and headcount approvals.
• Analyze OpEx, contractor spend, and usage patterns to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare board and executive reporting materials, present findings, and support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance experience.
• Direct management experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Experience building scalable financial systems and processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn financial data into clear recommendations for executive and board audiences.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
