Global People Partner - Americas

Location: SoHo, New York City, United States; hybrid with required office attendance 3 days per week. Candidates must live within a commutable distance.

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise managers and employees on performance, team dynamics, development, organizational changes, and People policies.
• Manage employee relations cases across the Americas, including investigations, performance concerns, and exits.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, promotions, HRIS data accuracy, and regional process improvements.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, and Legal on regional HR operations and compliance.
• Support performance cycles, talent calibration, promotion rounds, compensation reviews, and retention initiatives.
• Own regional People workstreams and provide feedback from the Americas to global initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of progressive experience combining HR business partnering and core HR operations.
• Strong working knowledge of US employment practices.
• Experience with HR data, HRIS platforms, and operational process improvement.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced matrix environment.
• Must live within commuting distance of the SoHo, New York City office and work onsite 3 days per week.
