Manufacturing Technician (PSP)

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States. Onsite, 1st shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; overtime availability is required.

Salary: $36,881–$54,092 per year, plus bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Assemble production equipment, including mechanical modules, electrical wiring, and fluid systems, according to engineering specifications.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and plumbing diagrams to complete accurate builds.
• Identify assembly issues, resolve problems, and escalate discrepancies or design concerns to engineering.
• Update assembly manuals and production logs with build steps and changes.
• Support equipment builds from initial structure through completion and coordinate subassembly work when needed.
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, safety logs, and hazard containment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school education is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or equipment-building environments.
• Ability to assemble and plumb stainless steel tubing and Swagelok fittings from schematics.
• Basic metalworking skills, including drilling and tapping, and experience with common shop tools.
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, and CAD; willingness to learn SolidWorks.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs; basic electrical knowledge and wiring-diagram reading are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with cable terminations and automated machine control software.
• Technical or trade school background.
