Junior Manufacturing Engineering Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: London, Ontario, Canada; Elk Grove Village, Illinois, United States; East Greenbush, New York, United States; or Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States. Occasional travel of up to 10% is required to company sites, customer locations, or off-site facilities.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support equipment setup, process checks, routine adjustments, and on-floor assistance for operators and technicians.
• Maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
• Participate in 5S, waste reduction, workflow optimization, and other continuous improvement activities.
• Collect production data, perform basic analyses, and prepare reports.
• Develop fixtures, jigs, and tools while supporting new product introductions and engineering changes.

Requirements

• Ability to support manufacturing troubleshooting, process checks, and basic corrective actions.
• Ability to collect and analyze production data and document processes accurately.
• Ability to complete assigned engineering support and basic validation activities.
• Availability to work at one of the listed manufacturing locations and travel occasionally, up to 10%.
