Maintenance Technician (Industrial Manufacturing)

Location: Richland, Washington, United States; onsite manufacturing facility

Salary: $34.30–$49.66 per hour, based on skills, knowledge, and experience. Annual bonus may be awarded based on plant performance metrics.

What you will do

• Inspect and test electromechanical equipment to identify faults and verify proper operation.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC circuits, motors, controllers, and mechanical components.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on industrial systems.
• Document service records, repairs, equipment configurations, and maintenance work.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve machine uptime and equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification in mechatronics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field; equivalent experience is accepted.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of electrical test equipment, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, plus basic PLC knowledge.
• Experience using precision measuring tools to calibrate, troubleshoot, and rebuild complex machines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work any shift, overtime, weekends, varying temperatures, and constant noise requiring hearing protection.
