What you will do

• Design, update, and maintain SolidWorks parts, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings.
• Execute and track Engineering Change Notices in the enterprise PLM system.
• Develop manufacturing process documentation, work instructions, and production workflows.
• Design, procure, and implement production fixtures, tooling, and test setups.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for assembly lines, machining, bonding, tooling, and test equipment.
• Apply Lean methods, time studies, process audits, and manufacturing data analysis to improve safety, ergonomics, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
• High proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with ECNs and product lifecycle data in a PLM system.
• Working knowledge of precision machining, bonding, mechanical assembly, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Strong analytical, root-cause troubleshooting, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods such as 5S, Kaizen, and DMAIC.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, manufacturing routings, and BOM structures.
