Maintenance Facility Coordinator

Location: On-site full-time at an hirify.global-designated worksite in Glendale, California

Salary: $30.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, mechanical equipment, FF&E, grounds, and infrastructure.
• Perform lighting, plumbing, drainage, painting, carpentry, flooring, furniture, door, and lock repairs.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance, including filter replacement, coil cleaning, and condensate line clearing.
• Conduct site inspections, create and complete CMMS work orders, record utility meter readings, and respond to service requests and emergencies.
• Coordinate vendors and contracted services, support event setups, emergency preparedness activities, and facility inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workplace in accordance with OSHA, ADA, and other regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of facilities or related trades experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems.
• Valid state Class C driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to use MS Office and learn new software, and ability to manage stressful situations.
• Ability to work full-time on site, with flexible hours and travel as needed.
