Maintenance Technician

Location: Longmont, Colorado, USA. On-call availability is required. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-5pm.

Salary: $23-$26 per hour

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames and turn over vacant apartments within five days of move-out.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to meet health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, locking, door, and building systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces.
• Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, alarms, and other building systems.
• Document work performed and materials procured while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes, tools, appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for on-call duties and the Tuesday-Saturday work schedule.
