Analyst Relations Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States of America; most teams work from the office full time.

Salary: $131,300–$212,300 per year, with potential bonuses and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Support outreach and engagement plans for industry analysts, boutique research firms, and technical researchers.
• Gather, synthesize, and distribute analyst insights, research reports, and competitive intelligence to product, marketing, and strategy teams.
• Coordinate analyst relations campaigns, briefing materials, pitch decks, and executive talking points.
• Monitor company coverage across research platforms, AI-driven evaluation tools, and emerging search engines.
• Manage analyst evaluation projects such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and IDC MarketScapes, including timelines, questionnaires, and review cycles.
• Track coverage, analyst inquiries, event follow-ups, and other metrics connected to pipeline and sales acceleration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, communications, or technical analyst relations within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Technical understanding of cloud environments, enterprise networking, AI, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value and written content.
• Strong organizational, project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara, California office; most teams work onsite full time.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Experience coordinating Gartner Magic Quadrants or Forrester Waves.
• Familiarity with research tracking and reporting platforms.
