What you will do

• Own the strategy, execution, and reporting for corporate social media channels.
• Write and produce the internal company newsletter using updates from teams across the business.
• Write and edit blog posts, including technical and thought-leadership content, with subject-matter experts.
• Support executive communications, events, webinars, conferences, and key company announcements.
• Manage the editorial calendar and repurpose stories across blog, social, and internal channels.
• Partner with PR, product marketing, and executive communications to identify story opportunities and align messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in communications, PR, journalism, or content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio covering multiple formats and channels.
• Working knowledge of PR and earned media, including press-style writing.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and enterprise technology, with the ability to explain technical topics to business audiences.
• Experience with social media publishing and analytics tools, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI or machine learning, IoT, big data, or cloud technology.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work.
• Experience at a fast-paced technology company or technology-focused agency.
