Technology Communications Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid-onsite in Lafayette, LA; Knoxville, TN; Columbia, SC; or Birmingham, AL

What you will do

• Develop executive-ready presentations, briefings, reports, talking points, and communications for AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and technology initiatives.
• Translate technical updates, risks, dependencies, milestones, and program outcomes into clear messaging for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Create PowerPoint presentations, executive dashboards, process flows, timelines, conceptual graphics, and other visual communications.
• Support governance meetings, steering committees, operating reviews, and recurring enterprise reporting cycles.
• Partner with cybersecurity, cloud, technology, operations, and program teams to identify key messages and insights.
• Manage multiple deliverables and produce accurate, polished materials under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in executive communications and executive-level reporting for technology, cybersecurity, or transformation programs.
• Excellent business writing, editing, storytelling, and information synthesis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and data visualization skills, including dashboards, process flows, timelines, operating models, and conceptual graphics.
• Ability to explain complex cybersecurity, AI, cloud, and technology concepts in business-focused language for senior leaders.
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud environments; deep hands-on AWS engineering experience is not required.
• Experience with enterprise technology programs in financial services, Fortune 500, or other highly regulated organizations, plus strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

• Experience producing C-suite or board-level communications.
