Responsibilities

• Develop investor messaging, engagement strategy, and public-company readiness
• Articulate the investment thesis to Wall Street stakeholders
• Develop investor presentations, talking points, Q&A materials, and financial narratives
• Support earnings preparation and investor communications
• Build relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts
• Manage investor meetings, conferences, education, and external engagement
• Prepare senior leaders for investor interactions
• Build and maintain financial, valuation, peer, and competitive analyses
• Assess public-market views of growth, margins, capital intensity, KPIs, valuation, and risks
• Synthesize investor and analyst feedback for senior leadership
• Prepare board updates on investor-relations strategy and progress
