Corporate Communications Manager, Financial (AI)

What you will do

• Lead communications for financial results and reporting milestones, including press releases, media materials, internal announcements, social content, and follow-up outreach.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Finance, and Legal on reporting calendars, messaging, disclosure controls, and sensitive financial information.
• Prepare CEO and CFO talking points, media Q&A, briefing documents, and executive media preparation.
• Plan communications for financings, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, major customer agreements, and leadership or board appointments.
• Build relationships with financial, business, and technology reporters in the US and UK, while tracking coverage and share of voice.
• Develop corporate messaging, manage reputation risks, support crisis communications, and coordinate agencies and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in corporate, financial, or business communications.
• Hands-on experience supporting public-company financial reporting and earnings communications, including releases, executive preparation, and media outreach.
• Established relationships with business reporters at top-tier outlets.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to explain complex financial and technical information clearly and accurately.
• Experience working with Investor Relations, Finance, Legal, and senior executives.
• Strong judgment, discretion, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes announcements.

• Agency experience supporting corporate and capital markets clients.
• Experience with M&A, major financings, or other high-profile corporate transactions.
• Experience in technology, AI, cloud, or infrastructure.
• Experience communicating for organizations operating across the US, UK, and Europe.
