Salary: $239,000–$323,000 annual base pay, with potential bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own design strategy and vision for a major QuickBooks growth area across the customer lifecycle.
• Drive experience quality and business outcomes including conversion, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Develop an AI-first design strategy for end-to-end customer journeys.
• Lead discovery, concepting, rapid prototyping, experimentation, and A/B testing while maintaining a high bar for craft.
• Influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners through research-backed storytelling and clear design direction.
• Coach designers and partners while shaping design standards and the growth team's operating model.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on product design experience in enterprise, platform, or complex B2B products.
• Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and creating measurable outcomes.
• Deep hands-on fluency with AI as a design material and AI-native product experiences.
• Experience with fast, iterative validation and AI-powered design or prototyping tools such as Claude or Cursor.
• Strong facilitation, executive communication, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field, plus a portfolio showing range and leadership.
